The SDSU San Diego Campus/Main Campus is made up of seven undergraduate Colleges and the College of Graduate Studies which, in conjunction with Graduate Admissions, admits all post-baccalaureate and graduate students to the university. The Colleges consist of numerous departments and degree programs, each with a defined focus area of study.[1] Colleges may be identified by text/string or by numeric code. The Imperial Valley Campus/SDSU - Imperial Valley does not have colleges, the campus has Academic Divisions comparable to the San Diego Campus’s Departments.

  • Professional Studies & Fine Arts (College of Professional Studies and Fine Arts)
  • Sciences (College of Sciences)

*Note: "All University" is a category used as a catch-all term for majors that are not affiliated with particular colleges or departments. "All University" would include all of the "transitory" majors, such as cross enrollment, concurrent enrollment, general transitory enrollment, etc.

Note: In the Faculty Data Dashboard - Academic Affairs, Athletics, Imperial Valley Campus, Library Administration, Provost's Office, and Student Affairs and Campus Diversity (SACD) are listed under College for the purpose of identifying faculty placement location.
