Total Units Earned
DRAFT
Total Units Earned are:
For undergraduate students, the total transferable units earned at all colleges, plus the total units earned at the reporting campus.
For postbaccalaureate students, the total transferable units earned at all colleges, plus the total units earned at the reporting campus (subsequent to receiving the baccalaureate degree).
Please note: Wherever a student received a degree, report only those additional units subsequently earned that are applied toward the next degree requirements.
A maximum of 24 semester units or 36 quarter units in extension course credit may be applied to a degree for matriculated students (Title 5, Section 40407). In addition, a maximum of 24 semester units or 36 quarter units in special session course credit accrued by non-matriculants can also be applied (Title 5, Section 40407.1). These units should be included in Total Units Earned.
Logical Transformation/Calculation[edit | edit source]
