Time Base (Timebase)
Time Base (or Timebase) of an employee refers to the fraction of time for which he/she is appointed, and that time may not be greater than the timebase of the position. An employee may be appointed to more than one position as long as the total time appointed does not exceed full-time.
Logical Transformation/Calculation
Total Timebase, also known as the Total Support Fraction (TSF) = Instructional Faculty Fraction (IFF) + Instructional Administrative Fraction (IAF) + Other Support Fraction (OSF).
