Percent Show Rate (% Show Rate), used interchangeably with "Yield Rate", refers to the percentage of students who enroll after being offered admission.

Logical Transformation/Calculation[edit | edit source]

% Show Rate = (Number of students enrolled / Number of students admitted) * 100.

Examples[edit | edit source]

For example, in Fall 2022, there were 30,231 First-Time Freshmen (FTF) admitted.

Of those 30,231 FTF Applicants, 6,514 enrolled at SDSU.

(6514 / 30,231) x 100 = 21.5% Show Rate.
