Percent Apps Yield (% Apps Yield) is the proportion of applicants who enroll in the university.

% Apps Yield = (Number of applicants / Number of applicants enrolled) * 100.
Examples[edit | edit source]
For example, in Fall 2022, there were 76,821 First-Time Freshmen (FTF) Applicants.
Of those 76,821 FTF Applicants, 6,514 enrolled at SDSU.
(6514 / 76821) x 100 = 8.5% Apps Yield.
