Academic Year

At SDSU, the Academic Year includes fall, spring, and the trailing summer consecutive terms. This differs from Degree Year/College Year, which includes the leading summer rather than the trailing summer.

*Note: The CSU definition differs to include the fall, winter (if applicable) and spring terms, excluding any summer term. SDSU does not have a qualifying winter session, winter classes are offered through Global Campus.
