Academic Program Review

Academic Program Review is a comprehensive undertaking at SDSU for fulfilling the institution's responsibility to assure its students, their parents, the public, the Board of Trustees, its accrediting bodies, and the SDSU community that it provides high-quality student learning. The Academic Review (AR) process is intended to assess, promote, and support the fulfillment of SDSU’s mission and vision. The process provides the opportunity to reflect on SDSU’s identity and to engage in strategic planning, particularly with respect to (1) educational effectiveness, (2) research, scholarship, and creative endeavors, and (3) service on local to global scales.
